Ireland flag Delivery to Ireland:


You usually receive the nametags within four days of receiving your internet order, but please count 10 days to be sure as it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be produced. One standard set of nametags costs €17.95 with free postage.


International Delivery:


We deliver anywhere in the world at no extra cost. We aim to produce and ship orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. We aim to deliver within 10 working days in Europe. Anything outside Europe can take up to 1 month or more. Please ensure you give us your full delivery address, including province/county/postcode when needed (if you do not have a postcode, please write N/A in the postcode field).


Iceland flag Delivery to Iceland:


While we deliver to Iceland and usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, please note that delivery to Iceland can take around 3 weeks to arrive. We are also aware that Icelandic customs occasionally stop and hold some of our shipments – this is unfortunately out of our control. If your order has been stopped, you may need to contact them, providing proof of purchase, which you can get by contacting us at info@mynametags.ie . Any charges incurred due to customs holding your order are the customer's responsibility and not that of My Nametags.


International letters and accents:


We are able to do most international accents (e.g. French accents, Icelandic letters). We can do Western European accents on all our labels. So, if it displays correctly on the preview nametags, we will be able to print it. We are able to produce nametags with Maltese, Greek, Arabic and other characters using the narrow font (if you can read it on the name label preview, we can print it).


Incorrect Delivery Address:


Please ensure your delivery address is correct upon ordering with My Nametags. If there is a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately within an hour of placing your order so we can amend your address. Any amendments requested after the first hour may not be accepted as your order may have been printed and processed already. Returns and refunds based on incorrect delivery information are not accepted – customers will therefore need to pay for a new order with correct delivery information.
